User name is the member's first and last name, entered as one word, all lower case. The member's password will be their last name and zip code, again entered as one word and all lower case. For example, Joe Smith's user name is joesmith, and his password is smith37215.

Once a member has logged on, they can change their user name and password as well as edit the other details of their profile by clicking on the "Edit Your Member Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
