April 8th SIG Engaging and Informative 

Our annual open SIG meeting on April 8th, 2008, covered the topic of HCAHPS Patient Perception of Care Survey: the Quality and Communications Challenges of Transparency. The meeting was a great success!  Special thanks to Dr. Barbara Paul and Debbie Landers of Community Health Systems, our luncheon presenters.
